Available in one hour increments or larger time blocks, our coaching is offered in an interactive Virtual format, In-Person, or a combination of both, in Columbia, Maryland and its surrounding area and is easy to schedule.  Coaching sessions make wonderful gifts to others or to yourself :) and are available to all ages.  A short phone consultation will help us together determine how to structure your coaching time.  Coaching is ideal for individual exploration, or with a friend, family member, or caregiver.
